Ingredients
200g paneer
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp butter
1 tsp garam masala

Instructions
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Add onions and sauté till golden.
3. Add tomatoes and cook till soft.
4. Add paneer and garam masala.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot!

Notes:
You can use tofu instead of paneer for a vegan version.
