

Ingredients
– 1 cup penne pasta
– 2 tbsp butter
– ½ cup milk or cream
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– ¼ cup grated cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. Melt butter, sauté garlic.
3. Add milk, stir in cheese.
4. Mix in pasta, season, serve hot.

Notes
Top with chili flakes or herbs.
